All of our technicians are trained systematically in our premises in order to provide high level services according to the high standards that Petrogen has set with our customers all those years.

This is how we provide high quality of technical services all around Greece. Those services are the following:

4) Technical periodic checks and yearly maintenance

6) Technical maintenance contract ‘KEP’

The experience that we have gained over the many years that we are dealing with gensets, gives us the ability to design and implement special programs of technical maintenance that meet all the individual needs of our customers.

We have applied those programs with great success to customers with a large number of installed gensets around Greece. In all of those particular cases the applied program has been designed and implemented according to the individual needs of every customer. Finally and before the implementation we study the efficiency of the program when compared to the cost in order to provide to the customer an efficient and cost effective solution.

It is remarkable that the well designed technical maintenance programs can also include third party gensets.
